Rainier Valley Leadership Academy is located in the Rainier Valley of southeast Seattle between Interstate 5 and Lake Washington. RVLA will open its doors to a founding class of 6th grade students in the fall of 2017 and is looking for mission-driven teachers to join our founding team. Our ideal candidate is hard-working, entrepreneurial, and possesses a strong desire to foster high levels of academic achievement with academically underserved students. We are looking for teachers who are passionate about middle school and excited to become a founding member of a new school community.
