Located in the Hillman City neighborhood located a half mile south of Columbia City, RVLA enjoys one of the highest Walk Scores of any neighborhood in South Seattle. The Sound Transit Link Light Rail Station is just blocks from Columbia City’s main core, getting you into downtown in 12 minutes and the SeaTac airport in 15 minutes.
